Yeah I do have that black sweater dress in cream already. I do regret that I got my usual size. It’s fitted on me and I have to wear shapewear. I love dresses that lay perfectly on my body without having to wear shapewear and I can feel very comfortable in. Do you think that stripe dress is that type of dress?

Your tall, though, Yocelyn, wide-leg trousers are trickier to style on us petites. I don’t like skinnies, though, I like straight legs.🙂

Fiber content is the most important consideration for me when shopping for my wardrobe. I can only wear natural fibers (and the “manmade cellulosic fibers” lyocell/rayon/viscose, made from plant fibers). I just skip over everything made of plastic.

The protein fibers, silk, wool and cashmere, can’t be chlorine-bleached like plant fibers can, so the “whites” for this season will range from off-white to ivory to a cream color. This is one reason we see more ivory and cream options in cold-weather clothes, the usual natural fibers for this season can’t be aggressively bleached. I love true white and Equipment does offer a close-to-true-white silk shirt right now. It’s one of my old favorites, the Slim Signature style, with two chest pockets (long sleeves, classic, pointed collar). I have this shirt in several colors, I love it.❤
